摘要
目的分析心理护理对乳腺癌患者负面情绪和免疫功能的影响。方法方便选择2017年1月-2018年1月该院收治63例乳腺癌患者作为研究对象,根据护理方案的不同分为常规组(32例)和心理组(31例);前者采用常规护理,后者实施心理护理;分别对两组患者SAS评分、SDS评分及免疫功能统计分析。结果①心理组患者的SAS与SDS评分分别为(30.9±2.2)分和(11.5±2.6)分,显著低于常规组患者(P<0.05);②心理组免疫细胞计数[(6.1±0.6)×109/L]显著的高于常规组[(2.8±1.1)×10^9/L](t=14.715,P<0.05);③护理干预后,心理组患者配偶在身体机能、心理状况、独立能力、社会关系、生活环境、精神寄托评分分别为(62.9±14.8)分、(63.5±10.3)分、(64.8±14.4)分、(68.3±13.8)分、(62.9±12.6)分、(64.7±14.4)分,均显著高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论对乳腺癌患者实施心理护理可有效消除负面情绪,提升免疫力,改善患者配偶生活质量,具有推广应用价值。
Objective To analyze the effects of psychological nursing on negative emotions and immune function in patients with breast cancer.Methods From January 2017 to January 2018,63 patients with breast cancer were convenient enrolled in our hospital.The patients were divided into the conventional group (32 cases) and the psychological group (31 cases) according to the different nursing plans.The former used routine nursing.The latter implemented psychological care;statistical analysis of SAS score,SDS score and immune function of the two groups.Results 1.The SAS and SDS scores of the psychological group were (30.9±2.2) points and (11.5±2.6) points,which were significantly lower than those of the conventional group (P<0.05).2.The psychological group of the psychological group [(6.1±0.6)×109/L] was significantly higher than the conventional group [(2.8±1.1)×10^9/L](t=14.715,P<0.05);3.after the nursing intervention,the psychological group patients spouse in the body functional,psychological,independent,social,living,and spiritual scores were (62.9±14.8)points、(63.5±10.3)points、(64.8±14.4)points、(68.3±13.8)points、(62.9±12.6)points、(64.7±14.4)points were significantly higher than those of the conventional group (P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological care for breast cancer patients can effectively eliminate negative emotions,improve immunity,improve the quality of life of patients' spouses,and have the value of promotion and application.
