摘要
目的观察及分析对于行乳腺癌根治术的患者实施心理护理干预方案以后,对其疼痛和生活质量产生的影响情况。方法选取本院收治的实施乳腺癌根治术的患者80例作为研究对象。按照随机分组的方式,将患者分为研究组和参照组,每组各40例患者。参照组患者采用常规护理,研究组患者在此基础上,进行心理护理干预举措,对比两组患者的术后疼痛情况以及生活质量情况。结果两组患者的极度疼痛率、重度疼痛率对比,研究组患者均低于参照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);对两组患者进行生活质量评价,研究组患者的生活质量优良率高于参照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将心理护理干预方案应用于乳腺癌根治术患者中,能够有效的减轻患者的疼痛感,同时对于生活质量具有良好的影响。
Objective To observe and analyze the effect of psychological nursing intervention on the pain and quality of life of patients undergoing radical masteetomy. Methods 80 cases of radical mastectomy in our hospital were selected as the study subjects. The patients were divided into the study group and the reference group according to the random grouping method, 40 patients in each group. The patients in the reference group received routine nursing care, the patients in the study group were given psychological nursing interventions, and the postoperative pain and quality of life in the two groups were compared. Results The difference of the extreme pain rate and serious pain rate between the two groups was lower than that of the reference group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The quality of life of the two groups was evaluated, and the quality of life of the patients in the study group was better than that of the reference group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The psychological nursing intervention program in patients with radical mastectomy, can effectively reduce the pain of patients, while the quality of life has a good impact.
