摘要
全尺寸结构地面热/力联合试验是高速飞行器受热结构基本力学性能考核验证试验,为降低试验成本,有必要对全尺寸结构地面热/力联合试验缩比技术开展研究。本研究以壁板结构为对象,以结构热弹性理论和相似理论为基础,利用相似理论的方程分析法建立了均匀温度/力载荷联合作用下壁板结构的相似准则,并通过有限元仿真分析,验证了所建立的相似准则的正确性。研究结果对高速飞行器结构地面热/力联合试验有一定指导意义。
The ground full-size structure test under the combined thermal-mechanical load is the basic mechanical performance validate test for the hot structure of high speed aerocraft. The research on thermal-mechanical load scaling test is needed in order to reduce the test cost. Based on the equation analysis method of the similarity principle and the thermal-elasticity theory, the panel test similarity criterion under the combined unified temperature/mechanical load was established in this paper. The similarity criterion was verified by numerical computation of panel static response. The result of this study have certain guiding significant to the ground full-size structure test under the combined thermal-mechanical load for the hot structure of high speed aerocraft.
