摘要
目的:观察肩三针傍针刺联合运动灸法治疗肩周炎的即时及远期疗效。方法:将60例患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各30例,观察组予肩三针傍针刺联合运动灸法治疗,对照组单纯行针刺治疗,两组治疗前、治疗后以及疗程结束后3个月评价肩关节疼痛、活动范围、日常生活活动能力变化。结果:观察组总有效率为93.3%,对照组总有效率为83.3%,观察组的总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后及随访时VAS、ROM、ADL评分与治疗前比较,均降低(P<0.05或P<0.01),且随访发现观察组疗效较治疗后无变化(P>0.05),而对照组随访较治疗后肩关节各项指标评分均升高(P<0.05),观察组治疗后及随访同时间点与对照组比较,各评分均明显更低(P<0.05)。结论:肩三针傍针刺联合运动灸法可改善患者肩关节疼痛、提高肩关节活动范围及日常生活能力,并有较好的远期疗效。
Objective: To observe the immediate and long-term effect of proximal needling three shoulder acupoints combined with motion moxibustion in the treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis(SP). Methods: 60 SP patients were randomly divided into the observation group( n =30) and the control group( n =30). The observation group was treated with proximal needling three shoulder acupoints combined with the motion moxibustion, whereas the control group was only treated with acupuncture. The changes of shoulder pain, range of activities and activities of daily life were observed before the treatment, after the treatment and 3 months after the treatment. Results: The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.3%, which was significantly higher than 83.3% of the control group( P <0.05). There were no statistical difference in the long-term effect and the immediate effect in the observation group( P >0.05). However, the scores of all indexes were increased 3 months after the treatment compared to those after the treatment in the control group( P <0.05);the scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group at the same time point( P <0.05). Conclusion: The therapy of proximal needling three shoulder acupoints combined with motion moxibustion can alleviate the shoulder joint pain, improve the range of shoulder motion and the ability of daily life, which has a good long-term effect.
