摘要
目的探讨血清脂蛋白(a)[LP(a)]、尿酸(UA)及血浆同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平与冠心病、脑梗死的相关性。方法选取2015年7月—2017年7月我院收治的冠心病病人76例为冠心病组,脑梗死病人82例为脑梗死组,另选取同期我院健康体检者80名作为健康对照组。所有纳入对象均检测血清LP(a)、UA及Hcy水平,分析3组LP(a)、UA、Hcy水平与冠心病、脑梗死的相关性。结果冠心病组和脑梗死组LP(a)、UA、Hcy均明显高于健康对照组(P<0.05);冠心病组和脑梗死组高LP(a)血症阳性率、高UA血症阳性率、高Hcy血症阳性率均高于健康对照组(P<0.05)。相关性分析结果显示:LP(a)与UA、Hcy水平呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论冠心病、脑梗死病人LP(a)、UA及Hcy均呈高表达,其水平升高与冠心病、脑梗死关系密切,尽早检测血清LP(a)、UA和血浆Hcy水平对防治冠心病、脑梗死具有重要临床意义。
Objective To investigate the relationship of serum lipoprotein(a)[LP(a)],uric acid(UA)and plasma homocysteine(Hcy)with coronary heart disease and cerebral infarction.Methods Seventy-six patients with coronary heart disease were treated as coronary heart disease group,82 patients with cerebral infarction were treated as cerebral infarction group,80 cases were treated as healthy control group.The serum LP(a),UA,and Hcy were compared between three groups.The relationship between hyperlipoprotein(a)emia,hyperuricemia,hyperhomocysteinemia and coronary heart disease and cerebral infarction was analyzed.Results The levels of LP(a),UA,and Hcy in the coronary heart disease group and the cerebral infarction group were significantly higher than those in the healthy control group(P<0.05).The positive rates of hyperlipoprotein(a)emia,hyperuricemia,and hyperuricemia in the coronary heart disease group and the cerebral infarction group were significantly higher than those in the healthy control group(P<0.05).LP(a)was positively correlated with UA and Hcy levels(P<0.05).Conclusion The levels of LP(a),UA,and Hcy in coronary heart disease and cerebral infarction were high,and the levels were closely related to coronary heart disease and cerebral infarction.Early detection of serum LP(a),UA,and Hcy had important clinical significance for prevention and treatment of coronary heart disease and cerebral infarction.
