摘要
目的探讨老年人纯收缩期高血压(ISH)患者脉压(收缩压和舒张压之差PP)与脂蛋白α[Lp(α)]的关系。方法对192例老年ISH患者以PP分组PP≥60mmHg为观察组,PP<60mmHg为对照组;同时检测血清甘油三酯(TG)、胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、Lp(α)的水平,并观察PP与Lp(α)的关系。结果老年ISH患者中观察组Lp(α)明显大于对照组,脉压与Lp(α)水平呈正相关。结论老年ISH患者Lp(a)的水平与脉压关系密切,同是老年人心脑血管事件的预测因子和独立危险因素,临床应重视老年人Lp(α)的检测。
Objective To discuss the association of pulse pressure （PP）and serum liopoprotein （α）[Lp（α）] in elderly patients with isolated systolic hypertension（ISH）. Medthods 192 elderly ISH patients were derided into two groups according to PP（PP≥60mmHg as observe group and PP〈 60mmHg as control group,The TG,TC,HDL-C,LDL-C,Lp（α） were measured,meanmile,the relationship of PP and Lp（α） were analysed. Results The Lp（α） in observe group deceased, Lp（α） were positively correlated to PP in elderly ISH patients. Conclusion The level of serum Lp（α） is closedly associated with PP in elderly ISH pateints .Lp（α） may be diagnostic predicter factor and risk factor of cardiovacular disease in elderly ISH patients ,Physician should pay attention to detect Lp（α） in elderly ISH pateints.
