摘要
浙江大学医学院公共技术平台成立于2010年,目前有7个分平台,分平台分布在医学院各个楼宇,在仪器组成、用户群体、服务方式、人员组成等方面都也存在很大差异,如何统一管理这些分平台是一个相当大的挑战。经过近8年的运行,积累了丰富的经验。该文从平台管理机制创新、平台制度建设、信息化建设、自助点建设、研究生实验技能教学和培训体系建设、培训和进修基地建设等方面进行详细阐述,探索公共技术平台的运行机制和模式;对于平台存在的问题进行剖析,提出解决问题的方向和措施。
The Public Technology Platform in the Medical School of Zhejiang University was established in 2010. At present, there are seven sub-platforms, which are distributed in various buildings of the Medical School, and there are also great differences in instrument composition, user groups, service modes and personnel composition. How to manage these sub-platforms in a unified way is a considerable challenge. After nearly eight years of operation, rich experience has been accumulated. This paper elaborates in detail upon the innovation of platform management mechanism, platform system construction, information construction, self-help point construction, construction of graduate experimental skills teaching and training system, practical training base construction, etc., explores the operation mechanism and mode of public technology platform, analyzes the existing problems of platform, and puts forward the direction and measures to solve the problems.
