摘要
对重庆燃气集团公司实施一体化厨卫业务的主要优势、劣势、机会和威胁进行分析。结合层次分析法(AHP)构造评价体系,应用1-9标度法构造判断矩阵并进行一致性检验,计算各二级指标的总排序权重。通过SWOT分析四边形得出一体化厨卫业务战略为SO策略,确定战略重心。
The main strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats( SWOT) of integrated kitchen and bathroom business implemented by Chongqing Gas Group are analyzed. The evaluation system is constructed combined with the Analytic Hierarchy Process( AHP),the judgment matrix is constructed using the1-9 scale method,and the consistency test is performed to calculate the total ranking weight of each secondary indicator. Through the SWOT analysis of the quadrilateral,the integrated kitchen and bathroom business strategy is determined as the SO strategy,and the strategic focus is determined.
