摘要
目的评价优质护理在肿瘤放疗患者中的应用效果.方法 76例接受放疗的肿瘤患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,各38例.观察组给予优质护理,对照组给予常规护理.比较两组患者的生活质量评分和对护理服务的满意度.结果观察组患者的躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能、物质生活状态评分分别为(80.24±13.09)、(75.33±10.01)、(74.50±8.21)、(71.85±13.69)分,均高于对照组的(65.72±9.88)、(62.47±12.23)、(63.49±10.24)、(59.68±7.26)分,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组患者对护理服务的满意度为92.11%,高于对照组的73.68%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论优质护理能显著提升患者的生活质量和患者对护理服务的满意度,值得临床大力推广.
Objective To evaluate the effect of high-quality nursing in tumor patients treated with radiotherapy. Methods A total of 76 tumor patients treated with radiotherapy as study subjects were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 38 cases in each group. The observation group received high-quality nursing, and the control group received conventional nursing. The quality of life score and satisfaction with nursing service in two groups was compared. Results The physical function, psychological function, social function and material life status score in observation group were respectively as (80.24±13.09),(75.33±10.01),(74.50±8.21) and (71.85±13.69) points, which were higher than (65.72±9.88),(62.47±12.23),(63.49±10.24),(59.68±7.26) points in the control group. Their difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The patients satisfaction with nursing service in observation group was 92.11%, which was higher than 73.68% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion High-quality nursing can significantly improve the quality of life and satisfaction on nursing service, and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
