摘要
基于WIFI传输的自动称重系统,集成了压力传感器、AD转换、WIFI传输控制、电机控制、开关电源模块等部分,采用STC89C51单片机作为核心控制单元,通过WIFI模块实现了远程数据传输与系统控制,简化了操作流程,提高了工作效率。
An automatic weighing system based on WIFI transmission is proposed according to the practical application effect of the production device. This system integrates pressure sensor, AD conversion, WIFI transmission control, motor control, switching power supply module, etc. STC89C51 single chip microcomputer is adopted as the core control unit to realize remote data transmission and system control through WIFI module. It simplifies the operation flow and improves the working efficiency.
