摘要
地铁车辆质量、车辆轴重与轮重是车辆的重要技术指标。地铁车辆大修后这些指标是否达到设计要求,需要称重设备验证。介绍地铁车辆称重设备的种类、称重原理及称重方法,结合称重设备的类型,对其在车辆修理工艺设计的影响和称重设备在大、架修库内的布置方式进行探讨。
The weight,axle weight,and wheel weight of a metro vehicle are important technical indexes of a vehicle.A vehicle must be weighed by weighing equipment to verify whether it meets the design requirements after an overhaul.Therefore,the types of weighing equipment,weighing principle,and weighing method of various metro vehicles are introduced in this study.The influence of weighing equipment on vehicle repair process design and its layout in a workshop are also discussed along with types of weighing equipment.
