摘要
文章以胃管置入术虚拟仿真实验为例,介绍了华中科技大学同济医学院第一临床学院临床技能虚拟仿真实验教学实践和效果。该实验课程包括在线虚拟训练(屏幕交互式模拟)、翻转课堂集中面授和虚实结合实验操作3个模块。通过该实验方法,学生不仅可以掌握胃管置入术相关的理论与操作步骤,还可以提高学生的自主学习能力。
Taking the virtual stimulation experiment of gastric tube insertion as an example,this paper introduces the teaching practice and effect of the construction experience of the virtual simulation experiment in our clinical skill teachings.The experimental course contains three parts: online virtual training (screen interactive stimulation),centralized face-to-face teaching in flipped classroom,and virtual-real combined experimental course.Through this experimental methods,students can not only master the theory and operative procedures of gastric tube insertion,but also improve their independent learning ability.
