摘要
从人口发展、人口质量、公共服务质量、生活质量和人居环境质量五个方面构建人口城市化质量评价指标体系,采用熵值TOPSIS法对民族地区人口城市化质量进行综合评价,并运用系统耦合协调度模型对人口城市化质量系统耦合协调关系进行分析。研究结果表明:民族地区人口城市化质量存在明显的区域差异,内蒙古人口城市化质量最高,新疆次之,贵州居末位;人口城市化质量系统耦合协调度均处于低水平阶段,其中人居环境质量发展滞后。
This paper constructs the evaluation index system of population urbanization from five aspects of population development,population quality,public service quality,quality of life and living environment quality. The entropy TOPSIS method is used to comprehensive evaluation on the quality of population urbanization in ethnic areas between 2000 and 2015,and using the system coupling coordination model to analyze the coupling and coordination of population urbanization quality system. The results show that there are obvious regional differences in the quality of population urbanization among ethnic areas,Inner Mongolia has the highest population urbanization quality,followed by Xinjiang,Guizhou in the last place,and the coordination degree of population urbanization quality and system are all at a low level. Among them,Habitat environmental quality lags behind.
