摘要
目的分析某三级中西医结合医院2017年门诊糖尿病患者的用药情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法回顾分析某三级中西医结合医院2017年1~12月的1 200张门诊糖尿病患者用药处方,采用限定日计量(DDD)、用药频率(DDDs)和药物利用指数(DUI)等WHO制定的指标来进行分析。结果通过分析,降糖药占比最大,其次为降压药;二甲双胍和胰岛素是使用频度最高的药物;用药方式以单一用药和二联用药为主。本组数据中,468例有并发症,高血压的发病率最高(62.8%)。结论该院在降血糖药物的使用上基本合理,能结合患者病情选择安全、高效的药品。
OBJECTIVE To analyze the medication status of outpatients with diabetes in a three-level integrated Chinese and western medicine hospital in 2017,and to provide reference for clinical rational drug use. METHODS A retrospective analysis of 1 200 outpatient diabetes prescriptions in the three-level integrated Chinese and western medicine hospital from January to December in 2017 were conducted. DDD,DDDs and DUI which were drawn up by WHO were used to analyze the data. RESULTS Hypoglycemic agents accounted for the largest proportion,followed by antihypertensive drugs. Metformin and insulin were the two most frequently used drugs. Medication was mainly based on single and dual drugs. 468 cases of complications,including the largest number of hypertension,accounted for 62.8% of complications. CONCLUSION The use of hypoglycemic drugs in this hospital is basically reasonable,which can be combined with the patient’s condition to choose safe and efficient drugs.
