摘要
从知识生产三要素理论看,当前我国比较教育研究已经到达了转向的临界点:我国教育事业发展新阶段和国家发展新战略对比较教育知识的新需求使转向具备迫切性;比较教育研究方法知识积累的丰富和实践应用的多元奠定了转向的可行性;研究队伍数量的壮大和质量的提升保障了转向的可能性。这三股转向动力正在推动未来我国比较教育研究发生如下转向:研究目的与功能定位调整为"生产教育理论"和"服务国家战略";研究技术路线变革为开展真正的文献研究与实地研究;研究人员培养转变成兼重外语语种的多样化和研究方法的培训。这三大转向如果顺利实现,将会产生重大的时代意义:帮助我国比较教育研究摆脱"学科危机",重获新生;指导我国教育政策制定和教育改革实践的科学化发展;为我国国家发展战略提供可靠的知识咨询服务。
From the perspective of the three elements of knowledge production, the current comparative education research in China has reached the tipping point of turning: The new stage of education development and the new strategy of national development both have new demand for comparative education knowledge, which makes the turning urgent. The maturity of knowledge accumulation and the diversity of practical application of comparative education research methods have makes the tuning feasible. And the growth of number and the improvement of quality of comparative education research teams have also guaranteed the possibility of turning. In addition, these three forces are driving the following turning of comparative education research in China: First of all, the research purpose and functional orientation will be adjusted to "producing education theory" and "serving national strategy". Then, the research technology route will be changed to carry out real literature research and field study. Lastly, the cultivation of researchers will be transformed to focus on the diversity of foreign language and the training of research methods. If these turnings are successfully realized, they will have important epochal significance: Firstly, helping comparative education research get rid of the "discipline crisis" and regain its new life. Secondly, guiding the scientific development of education policy formulation and education reform practice. Thirdly, providing reliable knowledge consulting services for national development strategy.
