摘要 当前大型医院门诊药房存在发药量大、人力资源严重不足、工作接待窗口分布不合理等问题,急需建立完善的药房发药信息系统,改善医院门诊药房工作流程,提高工作效率,节省人工成本。借助自动摆药机、自助叫号设备,与医院现有HIS系统集成,创建一个智能门诊药房智能发药系统。设计智能发药系统,能极大节省门诊药房人工成本,提高工作效率。与传统人工发药流程相比,不仅能改善病人取药难、药房拥堵严重的现状,而且能提高门诊药房工作精度,提高医院患者的满意度。 At present, there are many problems in outpatient pharmacies of large hospitals, such as large quantity of dispensing drugs, serious shortage of human resources, unreasonable distribution of work reception windows, etc. It is urgent to establis h a perfect dispensing information system for outpatient pharmacies, improve the work flow of outpatient pharmacies, improve work efficiency and save labor costs. With the help of automatic dispensing machine and self-service calling equipment, an intelligent dispensing system for outpatient pharmacy is created by integrating with the existing HIS system in the hospital. The design of intelligent dispensing system can greatly save the labor cost of outpatient pharmacy and improve work efficiency. Compared with the traditional manual dispensing process, it can not only improve the current situation that patients are difficult to get drugs and pharmacies are seriously congested, but also improve the working accuracy of outpatient pharmacies and improve the satisfaction of hospital patients.
