摘要
目的分析天津市2017年性病门诊就诊者HIV检测结果及其影响因素,为提高感染艾滋病高危人群HIV检测比例,且为艾滋病综合防治和科学干预提供信息和依据。方法2017年在天津市性病门诊对知情同意的首次就诊者通过问卷调查和血样采集,收集调查对象社会人口学、行为学和血清学信息。结果2017年天津市共检测性病门诊就诊者6960人,其中男性4217人,占60.6%。发现HIV阳性109人,阳性率为1.57%,其中男性感染者102人,阳性率为2.42%。Logistic多因素分析显示,男性年龄在21~30岁,文化程度在高中或中专以下,3个月内有同性性行为均为感染HIV的危险因素。结论要加强性病就诊者高危人群的行为健康教育,提高性病艾滋病认知,利用性病门诊平台切实提供有效的HIV检测或咨询服务,促进HIV感染者的早期发现和管理,应将性病防治和艾滋病防治紧密结合。
Objective To analyze the results of HIV testing and its influencing factors among STD clinic patients in Tianjin in 2017,improve the proportion of HIV testing among people at high risk of HIV infection,and provide information and basis for comprehensive prevention and treatment of AIDS and scientific intervention.Methods In 2017,the questionnaire survey and blood sample collection were conducted among the first-time visitors with informed consent in STD clinics in the city,to collect the social demographic,behavioral and serological information.Results In 2017,totally 6 960 visitors in STD clinics in Tianjin were tested,and there were 4 217 males,accounting for 60.6%.109 HIV-positive people were found,with a positive rate of 1.57%,and there were 102 male cases,with a positive rate of 2.42%.Logistic multivariate analysis showed that men aged 21~30 years old,educational level of high school or technical secondary school and below,homosexual sex within three months were the risk factor for HIV infection.Conclusion It is necessary to behavior health education in high-risk groups of STD clinic patients to improve the awareness of STD and AIDS,provide effective HIV testing or counseling services by using STD clinic platform to promote early detection and management of HIV-infected persons,and closely integrate the prevention and treatment of STD with prevention and treatment of AIDS.
