摘要
目的采用可视化方法分析苓桂术甘汤的研究现状、热点及趋势,为今后研究方向提供参考。方法以2000年1月至2018年8月中国知网数据库收录的585篇苓桂术甘汤的相关文献为研究对象,采用Cite Space5.2软件对纳入文献进行关键词的可视化知识图谱分析,探测苓桂术甘汤的发展状况、研究热点及动态前沿。结果苓桂术甘汤研究发文量呈增长趋势,主要研究方向集中在方证相关理论、方药成分与药效、治疗疗效与评价、作用机制探索四个方面。结论苓桂术甘汤研究的热点从方药方源解析、药物成分功效分析逐渐转向机制的探讨及临床疗效评价。
Objective To analysis the present situation,hotspots and trends of Lingguizhugan decoction by visual method,which can provide reference for future research.Methods A total of 585 Lingguizhugan decoction literatures were collected from 2000 to 2018 in CNKI,CiteSpace software was used to analyze the visualization of the keywords.The development status,research hotspots,and dynamic frontier of Lingguizhugan decoction were detected.R esults Lingguizhugan decoction study showed a trend of growth.Prescription-syndrome correlation theory,ingredients and effects of prescription,therapeutic efficacy and evaluation,mechanism exploration were main research directions.Conclusion The focus of the research is gradually from prescription source analysis,drug component function analysis to the mechanism of the transition and clinical efficacy evaluation.
