摘要
通过对《中国司法鉴定》2001-2018年刊载论文的计量学及可视化分析,探索我国司法鉴定领域发展脉络,刻画法医学研究热点及动态前沿。以2001-2018年CNKI收录的《中国司法鉴定》刊登论文,应用CiteSpace对作者、发文单位、机构所在地、关键词、研究热点、基金项目等逐一分析。其刊既反映了近年来司法鉴定制度建设演进,随着我国司法体制改革不断推进,司法鉴定机构制度、司法鉴定人制度得以构建、完善;也呈现了科学技术领域成果,理论、技术、方法不断推陈出新,相关学科建设日渐成熟并有效指导司法鉴定实践。《中国司法鉴定》作为我国全面反映司法鉴定进程的权威性学术期刊,记录了司法鉴定文化历史的演变、宣贯了法律法规、制度的颁布与释义、见证了司法体制改革与机构调整,提供了学术、实践的交流、合作。通过计量学及可视化分析此间进展,有助于为继续深化司法体制改革提供借鉴,为建设公正权威的社会主义司法制度助推动力,为持续提高社会治理能力提供制度保障。
To explore the development of forensic medicine in China,and describe the forensic research hotspots and the dynamic frontiers through bibliometric and visualization analysis of the papers published by Chinese Journal of Forensic Sciences from 2001 to 2018.The papers accepted by CNKI that were published by Chinese Journal of Forensic Sciences from 2001 to 2018 were analyzed one by one in terms of authors,publication units,locations of institutions,keywords,research hotspots and fundings by Citespace.The journal reflected the evolution of judicial appraisal system construction in recent years.Along with the continuous development of the judicial system reform,the judicial authentication institutions system and the judicial authenticators system were constructed and improved.The achievements in the fields of science and technology were also presented.Theories,technologies and methods were constantly being innovated;the construction of related disciplines had become mature and could effectively guide the practice of judicial appraisal.As an authoritative academic journal in China that comprehensively reflects the development of judicial appraisal,Chinese Journal of Forensic Sciences recorded the development of forensic science culture and history,publicized the promulgation and interpretation of laws,regulations and systems,witnessed the reform of the judicial system and adjustment of institutions,and offered academic and practical exchange and cooperation.Bibliometric and visualization analysis of the progress during this period will help to further deepen the reform of judicial system by providing reference;provide a driving force for the construction of a fair and authoritative socialist judicial system and provide institutional guarantee for the continuous improvement of social governance capabilities.
