摘要
为客观展示、分析国内法医毒物学研究的热点与趋势,基于数据库资源文献计量法,以四本专业期刊1989-2018年所载法医毒物学研究文献为样本,利用Gephi和CiteSpace软件绘制关于研究力量分布、研究热点的科学知识图谱,对法医毒物学研究状况进行可视化分析。国内法医毒物学科发展大致经过色谱时代、气相色谱-质谱时代、色谱-质谱时代三个阶段,随着分析技术的发展,毒物分析范围得以拓宽,分析灵敏度不断提高,而毒物鉴定的可靠性也随之提升。毒物学研究热点除了围绕毒品、毒物的分离、鉴定和定量检测研究外,法医毒物学者也着眼于毒物鉴定实践中常见的法医毒理学问题的研究,如乙醇中毒毒理学、毒品滥用后中毒毒理学、药物死后分布与再分布、非常规检材如毛发和玻璃体液的分析、定量分析的不确定度等。文献量整体趋势呈平稳状态且有上升趋势,但近几年略有下降。通过分析法医毒物学研究所涉四本重要的中文期刊载文情况相关数据,从一个侧面探究近30年法医毒物学科的研究热点和演进趋势,为法医毒物学研究人员提供有价值的参考信息。
In order to objectively display and analyze the hotspots and trends of domestic forensic toxicology research,based on the database resource bibliometrics method,research literature on forensic toxicology published in four professional journals from 1989 to 2018 were taken as samples,and Gephi and CiteSpace software were used for mapping knowledge domains of research strength distribution and research focus,to make a visualization analysis of forensic toxicology research status.The development of forensic toxicology in China has gone through three stages:chromatographic age,gas chromatography-mass spectrometry age,and chromatography-mass spectrometry age.With the development of analytical technology,the scope of toxicology analysis has broadened,the analytical sensitivity has improved,and the reliability of toxicology identification has also improved.Forensic toxicology research focuses not only on drugs and isolation,identification and quantitative detection of poisons,but forensic toxicologists also focus on research on common forensic toxicology problems in toxicology identification practice,such as the toxicology of ethanol poisoning,the toxicology of poisoning after drug abuse,postmortem distribution and redistribution of drugs,analysis of unconventional samples such as hair and vitreous humor,and the uncertainty of quantitative analysis,etc.The number of published literature is overall stable and has an upward trend,but it has declined slightly in recent years.By analyzing data on the publication status of the four important Chinese journals related to forensic toxicology research,this paper explores the research hotspots and evolution trend of forensic toxicology in the recent 30 years from one side,and provides valuable reference information for forensic toxicology researchers.
