摘要
目的:了解老年慢性病患者对预先指示(Advance Directives,AD)的认知现状并探讨影响因素。方法:应用自行设计的《预先指示调查问卷》对成都市5所三甲医院中400名老年慢性病患者进行调查。结果:老年慢性病患者的AD知晓率仅为4.5%。分别有43.3%、21.8%的患者赞同生前预嘱和医疗决策代理。年龄大、AD得分高、目睹死亡、有疼痛、疾病严重的老年慢性病患者更赞同ADO结论:老年慢性病患者缺乏AD知识,对AD的态度受多种因素影响,有必要对老年慢性病患者进行AD教育。
Objective To investigate the current status of AD among the elderly Patients with chronic disease and analyze the related factors. Methods The self-designed questionnaire was adopted to investigate 400 elderly Patients with chronic disease from five hospitals in Chengdu. Results 4. 5% respondents knew AD. The claims for living will and health care proxy are supported by 43. 3% and 21. 8% respondents respectively. The factors that affect their attitudes toward AD involve age, the score of AD, witnessed death, pain and worse disease. Conclusions The elderly patients with chronic disease are lack of knowledge about AD and their attitudes toward AD were influenced by many factors. We need to provide AD education to the elderly patients with chronic disease.
