摘要
随着年龄增长,足部皮肤及指(趾)甲在外观、结构、成分、功能等方面发生一系列变化,成为某些足部皮肤病以及甲病高发于老年人的重要原因。由于其诊治常被忽视或缺少针对性,老年人的日常生活、心理健康受到很大影响。文中对老年患者足部皮肤和指(趾)甲的衰老变化以及常见疾病的患病情况、临床表现、诊治要点进行综述,以期为临床医生提供参考。
The skin and the nail undergo a series of changes in appearance, structure, composition and function as we age, which become an important reason for some foot dermatoses and nail diseases in the elderly. However, the diagnosis and the treatment are often neglected or lack of pertinence, the daily life and mental health of the elderly are greatly affected. In this paper, the aging changes of foot skin and nails in elderly patients, as well as the prevalence, clinical manifestations, diagnosis and treatment of common diseases are reviewed in order to provide reference for clinicians.
