摘要
为了识别我国装配式建筑发展的瓶颈,构建了装配式建筑发展评价指标体系,建立基于灰色系统理论的综合评价模型;根据我国装配式建筑发展现状,利用建立的评价模型对我国装配式建筑发展水平进行了评价,结合不安全因素搜索分析法,对影响因素风险高低进行排序,从而得出制约我国装配式建筑发展的瓶颈因素。研究表明:我国装配式建筑发展评价指标体系包括外部环境、战略计划、组织关系、科研力量、采购、制造、装配、运输与交付;目前,我国装配式建筑发展总体上处于较低水平。产业链成熟度、新材料、建筑规范及行业标准、部品集成化程度、构件制造成本是影响着我国装配式建筑发展的主要因素。
In order to identify the bottlenecks of the development of prefabricated buildings,the evaluation index system of the development of prefabricated buildings is constructed and a comprehensive evaluation model based on the gray system theory is established. According to the current situation of prefabricated buildings’ development in China,we use the established evaluation model to evaluate the development level of China’s prefabricated buildings. Combined with the insecurity factor search analysis method,the level of risk factors is sorted,and the bottlenecks of China’s prefabricated buildings is identified. The results show that:the evaluation index system of prefabricated buildings in China includes external environment,strategic planning,organization,scientific research,procurement,manufacturing,assembly,transport and delivery. At present, the overall development of prefabricated construction in China is at a low level. Industrial chain maturity,new materials,building codes and industry standards,integration of parts and components and manufacturing cost of components are the main factors that influence the development of prefabricated buildings in China.
