摘要
针对传统土木工程环境影响评价时效性低、环评供需矛盾的问题,开发自动研判系统进行评价。系统利用Python语言实现指标的自动计算与研判,通过逻辑函数实现项目信息的串联与保存,安装xlrd模块读取Excel表格中的基础数据,选用wxPython开发图形界面简化操作。操作者只需将数据按照模板编写、导入Excel表格,系统将会在1s内完成环境影响评价指标的自动计算与研判。基于Python语言开发的土木工程环境影响自动研判系统,与传统的评价方式相比,能够实时、高效地给出研判结果,有效缓解环评从业人员与环评需求的矛盾。
Aiming at the problems of the low timeliness of traditional civil engineering environmental impact assessment(EIA)and the contradiction between the supply and demand of EIA,an automatic system is developed to solve the problem.Python language is used to realize automatic calculation and research,and logical functions are used to realize the series and storage of project information.Xlrd module is installed to read the basic data in Excel table and Wxpython is selected to develop graphical interface to simplify operation.In this way,the function of the system is realized.The operator only needs to compile and import the data into excel according to the template,and the assessment results of EIA indicators will be given in 1 s.Compared with the traditional evaluation method and based on Python language,this paper designs the environmental automatic assessment system.The ultimate goal of this system is to efficiently give the assessment results and solve the problem of the imbalance between the supply and demand of EIA personnel and EIA needs.
