摘要
科技服务资源被利用至今,已经成为了新型服务主体,其具有支撑性,辅助性和再生性等特点;但科技服务资源的利用率较低。本文针对这一问题,设计搭建了一个资源丰富、方便快捷、智能高效的科技服务资源共享平台,并利用平台对学会现有的学术资源、技术资源、专家资源和人才资源等进行了整合和共享。平台起到了提高科技服务资源的利用率、活跃学术交流、促进产业发展以及强化社会服务等作用。
Since the use of science and technology service resources,it has become a new type of service subject,which has the characteristics of support,auxiliary and regenerative. However,the utilization rate of science and technology service resources is low. This paper designs and builds a resource-rich,convenient,intelligent and efficient technology service resource sharing platform,and use the platform to integrate and share the existing academic resources,technical resources,expert resources and human resources. The platform plays a role in improving the utilization rate of scientific and technological service resources,influencing academic exchanges, promoting industrial development and strengthening social services.
