摘要
科技资源共享现已成为各地推动科技创新的一个新举措。文章以忻州为例着重分析了落后地区科技资源共享的必要性和可行性,在此基础上针对落后地区的现状,结合实际,提出了科技资源共享的初步思路。
The sharing of science ＆ technology resources has become a new step of promoting scientific ＆ technological innovation. Taking Xinzhou city as an example, the thesis focuses on the necessity and feasibility of science ＆ technology resources sharing in back- ward areas and puts forward the preliminary ideas on sharing of science ＆ technology resources with consideration of the actual local sit- uation.
