摘要
面向21世纪办好《中国海上油气(工程)》期刊的初步思路:坚持正确的办刊方针;紧紧围绕实现海洋石油第2个发展台阶;充分发挥科技期刊促进科学技术和生产的发展作用;抓好“6个网络”的运行,充分发挥园地、纽带作用;加强编辑部建设,以高素质人员办好刊物。
Some preliminary thoughts are given for making (China Offshore Oil & Gas (Engineering))better in facing the 21 century, i. e. , to persist on the correct policy, to be centered with the 2nd development goad for China offshore oil industry, to bring the magazine into a full play in promoting the development of scientific research, technology and production, to pay close attentions to the operation of "6 Networks", to improve the function of the magazine as a garden and a link for readers, to improve the construction of the editorial department and to staff with high quality personnel in order to ensure the quality of the magazine.
