摘要
目的探讨自闭症儿童采取临床护理与康复训练的效果。方法选取2015年1月~2018年12月来我院就诊的自闭症患儿80例作为研究对象,按照患儿的就诊时间分为对照组和实验组,各40例,对照组患儿的护理方式为常规护理,实验组患儿的护理方式为临床护理与康复训练,观察两组患儿的临床效果。结果实验组40例患儿的住院时间、治疗费用分别为(12.78±3.45)d、(4228.20±251.62)元,均少于对照组(23.41±2.56)d、(5276.16±245.35)元,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患儿护理的满意度为77.95%(31/40),明显优于对照组的47.50%(19/40),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组40例患儿临床护理有效率为92.50%(37/40),明显高于对照组的有效率(70.00%(28/40)),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对自闭症患儿采用临床护理与康复训练具有较好的治疗效果,能够有效提升自闭症患儿的康复,值得推广和应用。
Objective To explore the effect of clinical nursing and rehabilitation training on children with autism. Methods 80 patients with autism treated in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2018 were selected and divided into control group and experimental group, each with 40 cases. Patients in the control group were given routine nursing, and those in the experimental group were given clinical nursing and rehabilitation training. The clinical effects were compared. Results The hospitalization time and treatment cost of the experimental group were(12.78±3.45)days and(4228.20±251.62)yuan, respectively, which were fewer than those of the control group [(23.41±2.56)days and(5276.16±245.35)yuan]. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was 77.95%(31/40), which was significantly higher than that of the control group[47.50%(19/40)]. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The clinical nursing efficiency of the experimental group was 92.50%(37/40), which was significantly higher than that of the control group [70.00%(28/40)]. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The use of clinical nursing and rehabilitation training for children with autism has a good therapeutic effect, which can effectively improve the rehabilitation of children with autism, and is worthy of promotion and application.
