摘要
为了研究生态休闲旅游度假产业在城市形态发展中的作用,以城市形态和生态休闲旅游度假产业理论为基础,设计了烟台解甲庄规划项目。从城市发展的角度分析了城市近郊、远郊的生态休闲农业旅游、旅游地产等产业。结合城乡统筹概念,利用社会主义新农村建设政策,打破城市规划区界线,提出了一种集“生态、休闲、旅游、度假”于一体的产业模式。该研究验证了生态休闲旅游度假产业不仅是城市形态的重要组成部分,更是城市形态发展的完善与补充,在城市形态发展中有着重要的作用。
In order to explore the effects of the ecological leisure tourism industry on the development of urban form, based on the urban morphology and the theory of ecological leisure tourism industry, this pa per takes the planning project of Xiejiazhuang in Yantai as an example and analyzes the suburb and ex- urban ecological leisure agriculture tourism, real estate tourism and other industries from the perspective of urban development. Based on the concept of urban and rural areas as a whole and the policy of building new socialism countryside, an industry model which integrates “ecology, leisure, tourism and vacation” and breaks the boundaries of urban planning areas is put forward. The study verifies that the ecological leisure tourism industry is not only an important part of urban form, but is also an improvement and sup plement, and plays an important role in the development of urban form.
