摘要
热轧工作辊的在线氧化膜对带钢表面质量影响显著,轧辊表面氧化膜的剥落直接导致带钢表面产生二次压氧缺陷。分析了高铬铁轧辊氧化膜的动态变化过程、轧辊氧化膜形成及其剥落原因,提出了轧辊纳米喷涂的措施,取得了良好的成效。
The on-line oxidation film of hot rolling working roll has a great influence on the surface quality of strip steel, and the peeling of the oxide film on roll surface directly leads to the secondary oxygen deficiency on strip surface. Based on the dynamic change process of ferrochrome roll oxide film, the formation and peeling of the roll oxide film, and the nano-spraying measures of roll have been put forward.
