摘要
板形控制是板带生产的关键技术。与以前的板形控制技术相比,宝钢一钢公司1780热轧新产线在板形控制模型中对轧辊热凸度模型、轧辊磨损模型、带钢凸度模型等进行了完善和改进,并采用动态规划法的板形控制策略,在板形动态控制中引入了热凸度补偿TCASC功能,因此轧制的稳定性和控制精度都得到了明显提高。
The profile control was a key technology for strip rolling. Compared with the former profile control system, the hot convexity model, the wear model of rolls, and the strip convexity model were improved and completed, the dynamic program was applied to the profile control strategy, the TC-ASC function for compensating the hot convexity was introduced to the dynamic shape control, therefore, the rolling stability and the controlling precision were enhanced obviously.
