摘要
目的:采用数据挖掘法构建“动-定序贯八法”消渴运动养生方案。方法:通过文献检索出符合纳入条件的文献,经数据预处理后建立“动-定序贯八法”消渴运动数据库,采用PASW Statistics 18.0软件进行频次分析及聚类分析,采用SPSS clementine 12.0软件进行关联分析。结果:搜索到相关文献76篇,运动总类型有51种,总频次332次。经过频次分析、聚类分析及关联分析等统计方法分析后,建立符合补肾固本、疏肝理气、清热凉血、益气养阴、活血化瘀、清热润燥、清热利湿、调养心神8种治法的运动养生方案。结论:通过数据挖掘法构建了“动-定序贯八法”消渴运动养生方案,其疗效还需临床应用进行验证。
Objective:This study aimed to construct"Variable-stable and sequential eight methods"type 2 diabetes(T2 DM)exercises health programs through methods of data mining.Methods:We searched literatures that met the inclusion criteria,then established a database of"Variable-stable and Sequential Eight Methods"T2 DM Exercises.PASW Statistics 18.0 software was used for frequency analysis and cluster analysis,and SPSS Clementine 12.0 software was used for correlation analysis.Results:Totally 76 relevant literatures were found.The frequency of types of exercises was 51,and exercises total frequency was 332.We established an exercises health programs that accord with eight treatment methods,including tonifying kidney-strengthening origin,relieving Qi stagnancy in liver,clearing heat-cooling blood,benefiting Qi-nourishing yin,promoting blood circulation-removing blood stasis,clearing heat-moistening dryness,clearing heat and dampness,and nourishing the mind.Conclusion:"Variable-stable and sequential eight methods"T2 DM exercises health programs has been established through methods of data mining,but its efficacy needs to be verified by clinical application.
