摘要
目的探讨体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)术后自发性早产与自然杀伤细胞亚群变化之间的相关性。方法选取2017年1—12月广西壮族自治区妇幼保健院IVF-ET术后早产者11例(IVF-ET早产组)、自然妊娠早产者25例(自然妊娠早产组)和自然妊娠足月分娩的产妇5例(正常妊娠组),测定外周血及母胎界面蜕膜组织中自然杀伤细胞亚群比例,并进行统计分析。结果IVF-ET早产组外周血中CD56^+CD16^+/CD56^+CD16^-明显高于自然妊娠早产组和正常妊娠组[(5.35±3.54)比(3.00±2.97)、(1.54±1.30)],差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。IVF-ET早产组和自然妊娠早产组蜕膜组织中CD56^+CD16^+、CD56^+CD16^-自然杀伤细胞比例明显高于正常妊娠组[(8.0±1.4)%、(7.6±3.8)%比(5.5±0.6)%,(15.4±2.4)%、(19.4±9.5)%比(12.2±1.5)%],差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论蜕膜组织中CD+56CD+16自然杀伤细胞比例升高可能是IVF-ET术后发生早产的一个重要因素。
Objective To investigate the relation between natural killer(NK)cell subsets and spontaneous preterm delivery after in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer(IVF-ET).Methods Between January and December 2017,11 cases of preterm delivery after IVF-ET(IVF-ET group),25 cases of preterm delivery of natural pregnancy(preterm delivery group)and 5 cases of full-term delivery(normal group)were enrolled at the Maternal&Child Hospital of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.NK cell subsets in peripheral blood and decidual tissue of maternal-fetal interface were tested.Results Peripheral blood CD56^+CD16^+/CD56^+CD16^-in IVF-ET group was significantly higher than that in preterm delivery group and normal group[(5.35±3.54)vs(3.00±2.97),(1.54±1.30)](P<0.05).Ratios of CD56^+CD16^+and CD56^+CD 16^-in decidual tissue in IVF-ET group and preterm delivery group were significantly higher than those in normal group[(8.0±1.4)%,(7.6±3.8)%vs(5.5±0.6)%;(15.4±2.4)%,(19.4±9.5)%vs(12.2±1.5)%](all P<0.05).Conclusion Increased CD56^+CD16^+NK cell may be a main factor of preterm delivery after IVF-ET.
