某型汽车增强罩板冲压工艺设计

摘要 在外形尺寸大、材料厚度小、形状复杂的汽车覆盖件模具设计过程中,冲压工艺既要保证生产出合格制件,又要满足低成本的设计理念。以某型汽车增强罩板为例,借助数值模拟分析软件制定了拉伸成形→修边冲孔→弯曲整形→斜冲分离的工艺方案,经过模具制造和调试,最终冲压得到了合格制件。 The stamping process rules should not only ensure the production of qualified parts,but also meet the design concept of low cost during the design process of automobile cover parts with large shape,small material thickness and complex shape.In this paper,taking a certain type of automobile reinforcing cowl as an example,the technological scheme of drawing forming→trimming piercing→bending shaping→oblique punching separation with the help of numerical simulation analysis software.After die making and debugging,the qualified parts are finally stamped.
