摘要
汽车制造中的冲压工艺十分之重要,其关系到汽车模具的最终设计,并且良好的磨具构造也是冲压工艺的良好保障.一般情况下对冲压工艺的更改,会不同程度的影响模具产生废弃或者返工的情况出现,因为工艺之间不同的差异性,零件的制作方法也存在着多种制作方案.汽车冲压零件的制作过程中,想要高效率的生产出具有技术性、安全性以及性价比较好的汽车零件,需要按照相关的要求进行制作,零件能够与满足要求的工艺相结合,创造出更好的经济效益.
The stamping process in automobile manufacturing is very important, which is related to the final design of automotive molds, and the good abrasive structure is also a good guarantee for the stamping process. Under normal circumstances, the change of the stamping process will affect the mold to be discarded or reworked to varying degrees. Because of the different differences between the processes, there are many production solutions for the parts. In the process of manufacturing automobile stamping parts, to produce technical, safe and cost-effective automotive parts with high efficiency, it is necessary to manufacture according to relevant requirements, and the parts can be combined with the processes that meet the requirements to create better economic benefits.
