透明质酸家族成员抗肿瘤治疗的研究进展 被引量:4

Research progress of anti-tumor therapy based on hyaluronic acid family members

摘要 透明质酸(HA)是一种存在于细胞周基质和细胞外基质的非硫酸化糖胺聚糖,在肿瘤的发展和转移中起着重要作用。HA家族成员(透明质酸合成酶、透明质酸受体、透明质酸酶)已被证实能促进肿瘤的生长、转移和血管生成,基于HA家族成员的抗肿瘤治疗已引起广泛关注。目前,针对HA家族成员的肿瘤治疗方法主要包括小分子抑制剂、抗体、靶向递送抗肿瘤药物等。 Hyaluronic acid(HA)is a kind of non-sulfated glycosaminoglycan that exists in pericellular matrix and extracellular matrix,and plays an important role in the development and metastasis of tumors.HA family members(hyaluronan synthase,hyaluronan receptors,hyaluronidase)have been proven to promote tumor growth,metastasis,and angiogenesis,and anti-tumor therapy based on HA family members have attracted extensive attention.At present,the tumor treatment methods for HA family members mainly include small molecule inhibitors,antibodies,targeted delivery of anti-tumor drugs and so on.
