河西走廊‘贵人香’7个葡萄砧穗组合抗寒性的综合评价 被引量:10

摘要 【目的】评价河西走廊‘贵人香’7个葡萄砧穗的抗寒性强弱.【方法】酿酒葡萄品种‘贵人香’与‘5BB’‘5C’‘420’‘3309C’‘101-14MG’‘110R’‘1103P’7个砧木进行嫁接,采集一年生休眠枝条,分别在-15、-20、-25、-30、-35℃下进行人工低温胁迫处理,以4℃贮藏的枝条为对照,测定了各砧穗组合的相对电导率、丙二醛、游离脯氨酸、可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白含量等抗寒相关指标的变化,结合主成分分析和聚类分析法对砧穗组合的抗寒性进行综合评价.【结果】随处理温度的降低,各葡萄砧穗组合的相对电导率、丙二醛、游离脯氨酸和可溶性蛋白含量总体呈现出‘降低-升高-降低’的变化趋势,而可溶性糖含量总体呈现出‘升高-降低-升高’的变化趋势.其中砧穗组合IR/5C的相对电导率在-30^-35℃温度范围下降幅度大于其它组合,而在温度为-20^-25℃时,游离脯氨酸和可溶性糖含量显著高于其他组合;IR/1103P在-10^-15℃和-25^-35℃温度范围内可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白含量显著下降.【结论】综合各项生理指标,结合主成分分析法、聚类分析法以及相关性分析,科学的鉴定了河西走廊葡萄产区葡萄砧穗组合的抗寒性.结果显示抗寒性由强到弱为:IR/1103P>IR/5BB>IR/420>IR/110R>IR/5C>IR/101-14MG>IR/3309C. 【Objective】 To evaluate the cold resistance of 7 grape rootstock-scion combinations of Italian Riesling in Hexi Corridor.【Method】‘Italian Riesling’ grape was grafted onto 7 different rootstocks,including ‘5 BB’‘5 C’‘420’‘3309 C’‘101-14 MG’‘110 R’‘1103 P’.The one-year-old branches were collected and stored at -15 ℃,-20 ℃,-25 ℃,-30 ℃ and -35 ℃,with stored at 4℃ as the control. The cold resistance related indicators were determined as relative conductivity,the content of malondialdehyde(MDA),free proline,soluble sugar and soluble protein. The cold resistance of each grape rootstock-scion combinations was comprehensively evaluated by Subordinate function method.【Result】 With the decrease of temperature,the relative conductivity,MDA,free proline and soluble protein contents of the branches of each grape rootstock-scion combinations showed a tendency of ‘decreasing,increasing and decreasing’,while the total soluble sugar content showed a trend of ‘increasing,decreasing and increasing’. The relative conductivity of IR/5 C was lower than that of other rootstock-scion combinations in the temperature range of -30~35 ℃,while the content of proline and soluble sugar was higher than that of others at the temperature of -20~25 ℃. The soluble sugar and soluble protein contents of rootstock-scion combination IR/1103 P decreased significantly in the temperature range of -10^-15 ℃ and -25^-35 ℃.【Conclusion】 The results of physiological indicators,combining principal component analysis,cluster analysis and correlation analysis suggested that the cold resistance ranged from strong to weak: IR/5 C> IR/420> IR/110 R> IR/3309 C> IR/101-14 MG> IR/5 BB>IR/1103 P.
