摘要
大学生社会实践活动作为学校教育的延伸和补充,是实现大学生角色社会化的重要途径。为探究志愿服务、兼职和实习三类社会实践在大学生角色社会化中的功能效应,通过问卷调查从太原工业学院各年级学生中获取数据,利用结构方程模型(SEM)进行模型拟合,采用变量权重分析各因素的影响度。研究结果表明:参加志愿服务对大学生角色社会化的进程作用较明显,社会实践的功能也更有体现。
As an extension and supplement of schooling, college students' social practice is an important way to realize the socialization of college students' roles. To explore the functional effects of volunteer service, part-time job and internship on the role socialization of college students, we collect the data from the students of different grades in Taiyuan Institute of Technology through questionnaire survey, carry out the model fitting by structural equation model (SEM), and analyze the influence degree of each factor by variable weight. The results show that participation in volunteer service plays a more significant role in the process of socialization of college students' roles, and the function of social practice is more reflected.
