摘要
随着国家深入推进“双一流”建设,高校人文社会科学迎来了新的机遇与挑战。面对理工院校人文社会科学发展过程中存在的战略定位不清晰、学科结构不优化、高水平特色学术平台匮乏、教师发展机制不顺畅、体制机制不完善等方面的问题,“双一流”理工院校应从科学定位人文社会科学发展战略,优化调整学科结构布局,整合优化学术研究平台,培育结构合理的优秀人才队伍,深化管理体制机制改革与创新等方面寻求切实可行的解决途径。
With the deepening of the "double first-class"construction in China, the humanities and social sciences in universities are facing new opportunities and challenges. Faced with the problems in the development of humanities and social sciences in universities of technology, such as unclear strategic positioning, non-optimization of discipline structure, lack of high-level academic platforms with special features, unsmooth development mechanism for teachers and imperfect system & mechanism, the "double-first-class" universities of technology should seek the practical solutions by scientifically orientating the development strategy of humanities and social sciences, optimizing and adjusting the layout of discipline structure, integrating and optimizing academic research platform, cultivating a wellstructured team of talented professionals, and deepening the reform and innovation of management system & mechanism.
