摘要
建立了一种高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定消毒洗手液中邻苯基苯酚钠含量的检测方法。方法以体积比70:30的甲醇-磷酸溶液(0.25 mL磷酸加入到1 000 mL水中)为流动相,流速1.0 mL/min,检测波长245 nm,进样体积10μL。结果显示邻苯基苯酚钠的保留时间为7 min左右,线性范围5~100μg/mL,方法的最低检出质量比为2.5 mg/kg,最低定量质量比为8.5 mg/kg,平均回收率为96.07%~107.06%,精密度(RSD)为0.24%~0.75%。该方法样品处理快速简便,分析方法准确可靠,适用于消毒洗手液中的邻苯基苯酚钠含量的测定。
A high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)method for the detection of sodium o-phenyl phenol(OPP-Na)in hand sanitizer was developed.The OPP-Na in hand sanitizer samples were eluted with the mixture of methanol and phosphoric acid solution(volume ratio 70/30)as mobile phase at flow rate of 1.0 mL/min,detected at 245 nm,and the injection volume was 10μL.Good linearity was obtained in the range of 5 to 1 000μg/mL and the limit of detection was 2.5 mg/kg,the limit of quantitation was 8.5 mg/kg.The recoveries of OPP-Na in hand sanitizer samples varied from 96.07%to 107.06%,the precision was from 0.24%to 0.75%.The method is simple,sensitive and qualitative,which is suitable for determining the OPP-Na levels in disinfecting hand sanitizer samples.
