摘要
高效液相色谱法因其具有进样体积小、灵敏度高、检测速度快等特点,在现代药物分析中有着普遍而广泛的应用。本文对高效液相色谱仪连接二极管阵列检测器,示差检测器,荧光检测器,蒸发光检测器的工作原理、优缺点、适用范围进行阐述。
High performance liquid chromatography has a wide range of applications in modern drug analysis because of its small injection volume, high sensitivity and fast detection speed. This paper describes the working principle, advantages and disadvantages, and application range of high performance liquid chromatograph connected to diode array detector, differential detector, fluorescence detector and evaporative photodetector.
