摘要
古今医家对越婢汤的解读各有千秋,自成无己以来多以其发越脾气为解,然其方义自古无所定论。从文字、病机、方药组成等方面进行分析,得出越婢汤方义是越婢者,越脾者也,越过脾土,直取肺金,宣肃肺气,逐风利水,以疗风水水肿。此乃张仲景智慧之所在,以此警惕后世应谨守病机,治病必求于本。
Now many doctors have a different interpretation of Yuebi Decoction. CHENG Wu-zi proposed Yuebi decoction is the meaning of the Qi in the spleen excreted outside the body, which most people agreed with his statement. However, such a long time, there has always being a fierce argument on the version of Yuebi decoction is throwing the spleen to the lungs, in order to let the pulmonary function recovered, and the pathogenic factor out the body, as a treatment of this kind of edema disease, by analyzing the Yuebi decoction from the words, the pathology, and the composition of drugs. That’s which the wisdom of ZHANG Zhong-jing named it as Yuebi Decoction, in order to alert the later ages to explore the essence of the disease in stead of shackled by theory.
