Performance appraisal is a very important assessment in enterprise appraisal.Perfecting the post performance appraisal of grass-roots units in railway enterprises is helpful to comprehensively,objectively and accurately consider the working status and results of the staff and workers in each position,further improve the working ability and efficiency of the staff and workers,mobilize the enthusiasm of the staff and workers,and improve the overall performance of the units.
