摘要
介绍了国外电磁脉冲武器发展和电磁易损性研究现状,阐述了我军在电磁易损性研究方面的相关标准及主要研究成果。分析了我军医疗卫生电子装备电磁易损性研究存在的问题。指出了未来我军应加大该领域研究单位之间的合作与人才培养力度,加强芯片级研究,制定医疗卫生电子装备电磁兼容与防护标准,以更好地提高卫勤保障能力。
The development of electromagnetic pulse weapons and the research status of electromagnetic vulnerability abroad were introduced. Related standards and main achievements of electromagnetic vulnerability of the PLA were described, and the PLA’s problems were analyzed in the researches of electromagnetic vulnerability of the military medical electronic equipment. It’s pointed out the PLA had to strengthen the cooperation between multi research institutions in this field, personnel cultivation, chip-level research as well as electromagnetic compatibility and protection of the medical electronic equipment.
