强电磁环境长期暴露对人体血液细胞因子含量的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的观察强电磁环境的长期暴露对相关作业人员细胞因子含量的影响。方法连续招募从事至少1年以上与强电磁辐射有关工作的人员入暴露组,同时招募该单位与强电磁辐射工作无关的人员入非暴露组,入选人员均为男性。多点监测工作环境的电磁强度,检测所有被试者外周静脉全血血浆中7项细胞因子,包括白细胞介素(IL)-1β、IL-6、IL-7、IL-8、IL-10、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)和干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)并进行比较,对其随暴露工作时间增加的变化趋势进行分析。结果暴露组(n=239)和非暴露组(n=203)的年龄、性别、工作时间、体质量指数(BMI)均无统计学差异。暴露组的IL-1β[(24.09±3.77)pg/ml vs(24.89±3.97)pg/ml,P=0.030]、IL-6[(15.74±2.26)pg/ml vs(16.46±2.49)pg/ml,P=0.001]和IL-8[(13.28±4.02)pg/ml vs(14.10±3.73)pg/ml,P=0.026]水平均较非暴露组显著降低;上述3种细胞因子随工作时间增加而变化的波动幅度较非暴露组更大;暴露组的IL-8水平与暴露工作时间和年龄均具有独立相关性(P<0.05)。两组IL-7、IL-10、TNF-α、IFN-γ差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论长期暴露于强电磁环境可导致相关作业人员的某些细胞因子水平降低,进而可能影响机体的免疫防御功能。 Objective To observe the effect of long-term exposure to strong electromagnetic environment on the cytokine level in blood of the workers.Methods Men who had engaged in work associated with electromagnetic radiation for at least one year were consecutively recruited as exposed group,while males in the same department without exposure to strong electromagnetic radiation as non-exposed group.First,multi-point monitoring of the electromagnetic strength of the working environment were done,and then 7 kinds of cytokines from whole blood plasma from peripheral vein of all recruited candidates,including interleukin-1β(IL-1β),interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-7(IL-7),interleukin-8(IL-8),interleukin-10(IL-10),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and interferon-γ(IFN-γ)were detected and evaluated,of which the change trend over time were analyzed.Results No significant difference was found in age,gender,work experience and body mass index(BMI)between the exposed group(n=239)and the non-exposed group(n=203).Compared with the non-exposed group,the levels of IL-1β([24.09±3.77]pg/ml vs[24.89±3.97]pg/ml,P=0.030),IL-6([15.74±2.26]pg/ml vs[16.46±2.49]pg/ml,P=0.001)and IL-8([13.28±4.02]pg/ml vs[14.10±3.73]pg/ml,P=0.026)in the exposed group significantly reduced.The levels of IL-1β,IL-6 and IL-8 in the exposed group showed greater fluctuation than those in the non-exposed group over years of exposure.The level of IL-8 in the exposed group was correlated to the years of exposure and age,respectively.No significant difference was observed in IL-7,IL-10,TNF-αand IFN-γbetween the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Long-term exposure to strong electromagnetic environment can reduce the level of cytokines in blood of the workers,which may affect the body’s immune defense function.
