摘要
根据国内外情况和研究推广成果,重点论述了推广玉米秸秆覆盖保护性耕作技术的重要意义,分析了影响和制约技术推广的障碍问题,并以问题为导向,提出了对策建议。
Based on the experience of domestic and international research and extension,we demonstrate the significance of conservation tillage with maize stalk mulching carried out in Liaoning province.In addition,we analyze the obstacles that affect and restrict the technology outreach.Correspondingly,we put forward the countermeasures and suggestions for conservation tillage extension.
