Analysis of Influencing Factors of Endothelial Function and Serum Homocysteine in Patients with Coronary Heart Disease after Helicobacter Pylori Infection

摘要 目的:分析冠心病患者受幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染后其内皮功能和血清同型半胱氨酸(homocysteine,HCY)影响因素,为冠心病的防治提供依据。方法:以2016年2月~2017年10月门诊收治的冠心病患者入组,采用14C-尿素呼气试验监测Hp感染。阴性52例纳入阴性组,另根据资料一对一选择Hp感染阳性对象52例纳入阳性组,检测内皮功能、血HCY水平。结果:阳性组D1、D2、FMD低于阴性组,阳性组Hcy高于阴性组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);阳性组与阴性组FMD与冠心病病程存在相关性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);阳性组FMD相关系数低于阴性组。结论:Hp感染可能会影响冠心病的发生,缩短病程与血管功能受损之间的关系,在疾病发生、血管内皮受损中起到促进作用。 Objective: To analyze the influencing factors of endothelial function and serum homocysteine in patients with coronary heart disease after Helicobacter pylori infection, and to provide the basis for the prevention and treatment of coronary heart disease. Methods: From February 2016 to October 2017, out-patient patients with coronary heart disease were included in the group. 52 cases of patients with negative Hp infection detected by 14C-urea breath test were included in the negative group. According to the data, 52 cases of patients with positive Hp infection were selected one-to-one and included in the positive group. The endothelial function and blood HCY level were detected. Results: The D1, D2 and FMD in positive group were lower than those in negative group, while the Hcy in positive group was higher than that in negative group, the difference was statistically significant ( P <0.05).There was a correlation between FMD and the course of coronary heart disease in both positive group and negative group,the difference was statistically significant ( P <0.05). The correlation coefficient of FMD in positive group was lower than that in negative group. Conclusion: Hp infection may affect the occurrence of coronary heart disease, shorten the relationship between the course of disease and the damage of vascular function, and play an important role in the occurrence of disease and vascular endothelial damage.
