非糖尿病老年人群血浆钙离子浓度与纤维蛋白原及同型半胱氨酸关系的研究

摘要 目的:探讨在非糖尿病老年人群中,血浆钙离子浓度在正常范围内的轻度波动对纤维蛋白原及同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)的影响。方法:回顾分析1 030例年龄大于65岁老年患者,根据血浆校正钙离子浓度(Ca_c)分为Q1、Q2、Q3、Q4四组,比较血浆Ca_c与血浆纤维蛋白原及Hcy之间的关系。结果:(1)血浆纤维蛋白原(P=0.010)及Hcy(P<0.001)水平随血浆Ca_c增高而增高,差异有统计学意义;(2)血浆Ca_c与高纤维蛋白原血症(OR=1.75,P=0.019)及高同型半胱氨酸血症(OR=1.82,P=0.026)的发病率有显著相关性;(3)血浆Ca_c与纤维蛋白原水平(标准回归系数β=0.15,P<0.001)及Hcy水平(标准回归系数β=0.08,P=0.009)均呈正相关。结论:在非糖尿病老年人群中,血浆钙离子浓度在正常范围内轻度升高,与血浆纤维蛋白原及Hcy水平的升高有关。 Objective: To explore the impact of normal range plasma calcium level changes on fibrinogen and homocysteine (Hey) in non-diabetic elderly patients. Methods: A total of 1030 non-diabetic patients〉65 years were retrospectively studied. According to adjusted plasma calcium concentration (Cat), the patients were divided into 4 quartiles as Q 1 group, Q2 group, Q3 group and Q4 group. The relationship between Cac and plasma levels of fibrinogen and Hcy were compared. Results: (1) Plasma levels of fibrinogen and Hey were increased by Cac elevation accordingly, P=0.010 and P〈0.001 respectively. (2) Cac was obviously related to the prevalence of high fibrinogen (OR=1.75, P=0.019) and high Hcy (OR=1.82, P=0.026). (3) Cac was positively related to fibrinogen (Standardized β=0.15, P〈0.001) and Hey (Standardized β=0.08, P=-0.009). Conclusion: Normal range plasma calcium level changes were related to the elevation of plasma fibrinogen and Hey in non-diabetic elderly patients.
