摘要
对茚三酮法测定秋葵氨基酸含量的不确定度进行评定。以建立的数学模型为基础,对模型中各因素的不确定度来源进行分析,对样品测定液中氨基酸浓度、测定用样品液体积、样品测定重复性等影响因素的不确定度进行计算。结果表明:样品测定液中氨基酸浓度带来的不确定度是合成不确定度的主要来源;其分量中,曲线拟合引入的不确定度最大。当取置信概率95%,最终得到测量的扩展不确定度为3.52 mg/g(k=2)。
To evaluate the uncertainty of amino acids’content in okra by ninhydrin colorimetric method.Based on the mathematical model,the uncertainties factors in mathematical model were analyzed.The uncertainties of amino acids’concentration in detection sample solution,detection volume,reprocessing step of samples were calculated and evaluated.The results showed that the uncertainty of amino acids’concentration was the main sources of U(X).The uncertainty of standard curve matching process was the most important uncertainty among the branches of uncertainties.An expanded uncertainty of 3.52 mg/g was obtained at the confidence probability of 95%(k=2).
