摘要
为解决在硬质持力土层结构下沉问题,扩大混凝土桶式基础结构适用范围,提出下桶带钢靴桶式基础结构。采用有限元法对下桶壁底两端布置钢靴、下桶壁底满布钢靴、增加下桶高度3种结构类型进行计算分析,发现其P-D曲线均呈非线性特性,且极限荷载标准值总体上接近;同等荷载水平下,增加下桶高度结构类型位移小于其余2种结构位移;下桶壁底满布钢靴、下桶壁底两端布置钢靴2种结构类型P-D曲线较为接近,特别是在小于极限荷载标准值阶段,当荷载继续加大时,下桶壁底满布钢靴结构位移略小;结果表明,工程设计中采用下桶壁底两端设置钢靴方式是有效且经济的。通过工程实例计算发现,有限元数值计算和设计简化公式计算得到的结构稳定系数较为接近,验证了计算方法合理可靠。
In order to solve the problem of subsidence in hard bearing soil layer structure and expand the applicable scope of concrete bucket-based structure, a new type of concrete bucket-based structure with bottom steel boots is proposed. Finite element method is used to calculate and analyze three types of structure, i.e. steel boots arranged at both ends of bottom of the lower bucket’s outer wall, steel boots filled with the bottom of lower bucket’s outer wall, and increasing the height of the lower bucket. It is found that the P-D curves present nonlinear characteristics, and the standard values of ultimate loads of the three are generally close. Under the same load level, the displacement of the structure type with increased lower bucket height is less than that of the other two structures. The P-D curves of the structure with steel boots on both ends of bottom of the lower bucket’s outer wall and the structure with steel boots filled with the bottom of lower bucket’s outer wall are close, especially when the load is less than the standard value of ultimate load;when the load continues to increase, the latter is less than the former. The results show that it is effective and economical to install steel boots only on both ends of bottom of the lower bucket’s outer wall. The calculation results of engineering examples show that the two methods of finite element calculation and simplified design formula calculation are close to each other, which proves that the calculation method is reasonable and reliable.
